Patrol Captain Jeff Miller

Captain Jeff Miller is a 1993 graduate of Lincoln County High School. After High School he attended University of Alabama in Huntsville in the Emergency Medical Program. He began his Law Enforcement Career at the Lincoln County Sheriffs Office in 1993. In 2001 he was hired by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department in the Corrections Division. 

In March of 2006 Captain Miller was hired by the Winchester Police Department. In 2012 Captain Miller was one of the first patrolman to receive Master Patrol status in the department. During his time at the Winchester Police Department he has held positions as a Patrol Corporal and Patrol Sergeant.

 In 2017 Captain Miller was promoted to Patrol Captain. He is also the Winchester Police Department’s General Departmental Instructor.
