Deputy Chief Kelly M. Gass

Deputy Chief Kelly Gass is a class of 1993 graduate of the Franklin County High School. He obtained an Associates Degree in the area of Sociology from Motlow State Community College in May 1996 and a Bachelors Degree in the area of Criminal Justice Administration from Middle Tennessee State University in May 1998. 

He was hired by the Winchester Police Department in May of 1999 as a Patrolman. During his time at the Winchester Police Department, he has held supervisory positions in the Patrol Division and Detective Division. Deputy Chief Kelly Gass is also a graduate of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation State Academy.
