Permit Fees
Fees under $200 can be paid online by using a credit or debit card with a $2.75 credit card authorization fee. Please call Winchester City Hall if you would like to make a payment online.

To calculate the valuation of a new single family dwelling: | Square footage of the structure multiplied by $120. Answer is the total valuation of the structure. Then use the chart above to figure your permit cost. |
