Slab | Gravel base down and plumbing approved (if applicable).WWM & vapor barriers in place.If fiber concrete is chosen, verification of fiber (receipt) from concrete provider. | 30 min. |
Foundation | Crawlspace construction – Upon completion of foundation wall and installation of girders & floor joist, before subfloor is applied.NOTE:Do not put vapor barrier on ground prior to subfloor installation! | 1 hour |
Framing, Rough-In | Upon Completion of framing, including all rafters, ceiling joists, roof decking, load bearing & non-load bearing walls, external sheathing, as well as porches, decks, overhangs, etc.Should have all plumbing & electrical rough-in & pass electrical RI inspection. After electrical and plumbing, but before sheetrock, NO insulation is to be installed before rough-in inspection. | 45 min. |
Plumbing, Rough-In | Upon completion of installation of building water supply & waste disposal lines, but prior to installation of fittings or fixtures. Pressure test components should be in place. | 45 min. |
