Subdivision Regulations
HISTORY
Winchester first adopted subdivision regulations in 1962 to regulate how land is divided and developed into new lots. The state authorizes a community to adopt these regulations to govern the process of planning, designing, and constructing the public infrastructure that supports development. Winchester's current subdivision regulations were adopted in 1971.
