Cory Hall

Cory Hall is the City Engineer.  He grew up in Arkansas and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.  Following college, he worked for an engineering firm in Bentonville, AR designing and permitting projects across the country.  In 2007, he transferred to the company’s Nashville office where he continued working on shopping center, church, and residential developments in the middle Tennessee region.  In 2008, he went to work for a company which focused on municipal clients.  At that time, he began his municipal consulting with the City of Winchester.  As a consultant, Cory has been involved with many projects throughout the city including the downtown sidewalk projects, drainage improvement projects, and Marina Road.  In addition, he has been performing engineering reviews for Planning Commission submittals since 2011.
