Lifeguard Classes

Prerequisites: Must be 15 years old, Pass swim test
Class includes: Lifeguard Training consisting of 28 hours of classroom and pool work.  Design to teach Lifesaving skills, CPR, First Aid, AED and Oxygen Administration. Students will receive a whistle, fanny pack and pocket mask.
Class spots are limited. Registration form and fees are needed to hold your place in class.

Must attend all scheduled class times.
Minimum of 4 for the class to make. Maximum of 10 spots per class.

Summer Swim Lessons

America Red Cross Swim Lessons

Adult Swim Lessons
It is never too late to learn. This class is for adults just learning to swim or working on refining their stroke mechanics.  This is an instructor led class that works on an individual's own skill levels.

Pool Parties:

Lifeguards are included in price of the party.
Pool Rules are to be followed.
No Glass Containers or Alcohol allowed in the Winchester Swimplex.
Winchester Swimplex is No Smoking facility.
Lifejackets and other flotation devices are NOT provided by the Winchester Swimplex.

Swim Team

The Winchester "Stingrays" Swim Team is a year round competitive USA Swimming Club. The Winchester "Penguins" Swim Team competes in a local summer swim league. Find out more information online.
