NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Winchester City Council will meet in a regular session beginning with a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall on Tuesday, September 14, 2010. The purpose of the hearing is the 3rd & final reading of Ordinance #920, an ordinance amending Ord. #910, an ordinance establishing fees for activities associated with the Winchester, Tennessee Municipal – Regional Planning Commission and the Winchester, Tennessee Board of Zoning Appeals.The public is invited to attend.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL CALLED MEETING
The Winchester Beer Board will hold a special called meeting at 5:00 p.m. in the City Hall Annex on Wednesday, September 8, 2010. The purpose of this meeting is an application for an off-premise beer permit by Dolgencorp, LLC for “Dollar General Store #4658” located at 2118 Cowan Highway; and any other miscellaneous business. The public is invited to attend.
